Default Streaming Bluray ISO to SONY 2014 models

I don't know how to do this. I have set the device as SONY KDL 2014 models which it is ( W80B). I can stream DVD's in folders and other media.
The ISO's in my folders are not automaticly found by the library. However I can add them manually.
When I try to stream them the picture is just blank and never starts. The file is sent to the transcoding tab but does not show any progress.

I forgot I already got answers to this some time ago and I have to turn off transcoding, then I get video. Anyway, I really don't want to have to transcode but the audio isnt supported in most cases.

We can tweak the device profile if you wish. Right-click on the videos that can be played on your TV when transcoding is turned off and click 'Get FFmpeg Information'. Email this information to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com and we'll send you an updated device profile to try.

Working on it over the weekend I found that I am quite happy to use transcoding because the picture and sound is great.
However, in order to do this I have to change my preset from SONY KDL 2014 models to SONY KDL. Am I losing anything by doing this. Only reason I would back change now is if the 2014 model preset allowed no transcoding of all BD ISO files, which since DTS is embedded in most ISO's I don't think will work.
Can you tel me, if the audio is not compatible like DTS HDMA with my TV - and I have set transcode non compatible files on this device - will my encoding be both video and audio or just audio

Please email us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com and we'll adjust the Sony KDL 2014 device profile for you. In your email, include the FFmpeg information for one of the videos that does not play properly with the current Sony KDL 2014 device profile. Right-click on the video and click 'Get FFmpeg Information' to collect this information.

I realized that perhaps the KDL W preset is the right one for me after all. Because the KDL 2014 models preset does not specify the "W" . Since mine is a W80 2014 model, I thought I would use KDL 2014 preset but perhaps that is wrong, since it doesn't say KDL W 2014 models.

OK - if you find a device profile that works well with your TV, then stick with that .
