Unhappy Samsung 2015 TV subtitles and blu-ray ISO issue

I bought Samsung 2015 TV (UN50JU6800F) and want to watch my video via mezzmo.
I'm using the profile Samsung H (UHD).

    1. subtitles

If I tried to watch my videos via internal TV dlna function, no subtitle delivered.
But controlling my videos and TV via mezzmo android app, I can see subtitle perfectly.
And it's so annoying that launching the app to watch my videos on my TV every single time.
If there is a solution, please give me that.

    2. Blu-ray ISOs

Some Blu-ray ISOs streams video perfectly, but not audio.
I think that there is an audio compatibility issue. My TV says 'Not supported audio' (I don't know exact message I'm not using my TV in English)

    FFmpeg information:

    Program 1
    Stream #0:0[0x1011]: Video: h264 (High) (HDMV / 0x564D4448), yuv420p, 1920x1080 [SAR 1:1 DAR 16:9], 29.97 fps, 29.97 tbr, 90k tbn, 59.94 tbc
    Stream #0:1[0x1100]: Audio: pcm_bluray (HDMV / 0x564D4448), 48000 Hz, stereo, s32, 2304 kb/s

If my machine is so powerful, I can turn on on-the-fly transcoding, and problem will be solved. But I can't.
Is there the solution for this issue or the ability that transcode audio only?

    Thanks.
    Sorry for my poor English.

We have a new device profile for Samsung J-series TVs that display subtitles. It will be provided in the upcoming Mezzmo v5.0. You can email us now at support [at] conceiva [dot] com and we will provide you with early access to the device profile.

Your TV does not support this audio codec so it needs to be transcoded into a compatible format. The new Samsung J device profile that we will provide you will fix that problem for you.

Mezzmo Android: Install it on your tablet, smartphone, Android TV or Amazon Fire to browse and stream files from your Mezzmo library to all your devices. Full details at http://www.conceiva.com/products/mez...mo_android.asp

Check that transcoding is turned on. Two places to check this: (i) go to the Transcoding Settings dialog, and (ii) go to the to Media Devices dialog and edit your device. On the Device Settings dialog, go to the Transcoding tab.

If still no success, then right-click on the BD ISO video that does not play audio on your TV and click 'Get FFmpeg Information'. Post that information here or email it to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
