Mezzmo does collect metadata for your movies in your preferred language. Go to the Options dialog (Retrieving Metadata page) and click the 'Metadata Retrieval Settings' button. On the 'Metadata Retrieval Settings' dialog (Video tab), you can set the default language to your preferred language code (e.g. en, fr, de, ru, etc.). Mezzmo collects movie information from www.themoviedb.org and TV series information from www.thetvdb.com, so there must be alternate language metadata these sites for Mezzmo to collect.

You can use any of the codes that themoviedb.org uses (e.g. from your XML link: GB, LT, JP, DE, etc.) and if themoviedb.org matches your preferred language code, then you will get that language text.

Mezzmo can only get whatever movie information is in themoviedb.org. As mentioned, using the language code (es, fr, de, en, etc.), Mezzmo lets you get the matching movie details themoviedb.org has stored for a movie. If a particular language is missing for a movie from themoviedb.org, then someone will need to contribute/volunteer those movie details to themoviedb.org.
