Unhappy Cannot edit metadata or delete files from library

I've just had a strange thing start happening to my Mezzmo library. I cannot delete files or edit the metadata once Mezzmo has added a new file. Mezzmo finds the correct Metadata and updates the file correctly but if I try to edit it it does not save. If i delete a file it stays there until I maintain the library then, as long as the original file has been deleted, it removes it from the library.

Any help would be really appreciated.

    Keep up the great work.

    Thanks

    Brett

    Hi Brett,

Possibly your Mezzmo database may have an error inside it. We'll know more if you can send us a set of logs. Turn on logging in Mezzmo (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) and exit Mezzmo (Windows) app. Run Mezzmo (Windows) app again and try editing some metadata and deleting some files as you mention. When that fails, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo (Windows) app. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
