Default Way to automatically pre-transcode files based on file extension type?

I have Windows Media Center setup to "DVR" some shows. The format is .wtv ..... I need to transcode these files to be able to FF/RW..... Is there any way to tell Mezzmo to pre-transcode only .wtv files after they have been added to the library so I don't have to do it manually?

Sorry, there is no way in the current version of Mezzmo (v4.1.3.0) to auto pre-transcode new files. We have had this requested previously and the suggestion is on our development task list for possible inclusion into a future version of Mezzmo.

For now, you will have manually pre-transcode them.
