    Default No Mezzmo

Installed Mezzmo 5 on new Dell XPS 8700. When I Try to start only the Mezzmo logo flashes but mezzmo does not start.
No Matter what I do It refuse to startup.I cannot even turn Mezzmo Server on or off. The DVD Blu-Ray player only shows " No Disk".
I have setup the internet settings in DVD player but nothing works.
    Thank you in advance

    Hi Rudyo50,

When you start Mezzmo (Windows) app, do you see the the Mezzmo icon in your Windows system tray (on the right bottom of your screen)? If you do, then double-click on this Mezzmo icon and it should display Mezzmo main window.

Also, run Windows Task Manager and see if "Mezzmo.exe" is running under the Processes tab. To run Windows Task Manager, right-click on the Windows Taskbar at the bottom of your screen and click 'Start Task Manager' on the popup menu. On Task Manager, if Mezzmo.exe is listed under Processes, then see if it is using lots of CPU or memory. You can select the "Mezzmo.exe" process and right-click on it to kill the process. Then try running Mezzmo again.

Let us know how you go.
