Default Vodafone Connect HAUWEI HHG2500 blocking

Mezzmo has been working for a couple of years without issue. I've changed my broadband supplier to Vodafone. Both my TV and Mezzmo devices sit on seperate physical networks which plug into the ports on the back of the Vodafone router.
With the Vodafone router, my Sony Bravia 32EX403 cannot see the Mezzmo service. When i link the Mezzmo network direct to the TV network, it works, but my tv and mezzmo pc are isolated from the Internet. So its definitely something to do with the Vodafone router filtering / blocking some setting. There seem limited standard choices which i have tried in various combination.

I've checked forums and tried a few basic settings, DNLA/Twonky On/Off, UPNP enabled On/Off etc, only option i can see is to set user defined ports for each device. Any other suggestions or recommended settings?

    Hi Terry,

The best place to start is this FAQ - http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...ur-DLNA-device. It lists the typical reasons for your problem & should help you diagnose the problem.

If still no success, then you can capture a set of logs and email them to us so we may be able to see what's going wrong. Turn on logging (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Turn off your TV and turn it on again. Wait for a few minutes, and then try to list all media servers on your TV. When Mezzmo is not listed, then stop Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo (Windows) app. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at]] conceiva [dot] com.
