Default Samsung UN65JS8500 4K TV not displaying all the content from library

Hi, I just purchased a new Samsung 4K 3D TV and have been using Mezzmo for years now. I have other Samsung TVs were the content (entire library) is fully displayed without an issue. I'm using two versions of Mezzmo on two different Windows 2008 R2 servers, v4.0.6.0 and v5.0.3.0.

The new UN65JS8500 is the only TVs were the content is not fully viewed on the TV. I have tried using the Samsung J-Profile in v5.x and I lose even more content, I use the Samsung BDP 3D and get better results than the Samsung J-Profile, but still not all the content.

Please help, I really want to purchase more Samsung 4K TVs but this issue will be a stop gap.

I have my reasons for continuing to use the 4.0.6.0 version. I really don't like the interface beyond the this version. If I could change the settings to shrink the view then that would be great. I have tried by adjusting the Options | Browsing Files | Thumbnail Sizes and setting different Height and Width for Small/Med/Large but the settings are not sticking, I get an error to make sure that Small is less than Medium and Medium is less than Large.

For Mezzmo v5.0, the Samsung J device profile should produce the best results with your new Samsung J-series TV. It's best we see a set of logs when the browsing/streaming problems occur. Turn on logging in Mezzmo (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Reproduce the content missing issue on your Samsung J-series TV and then stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo (Windows) app. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.

Regarding fine-tuning the Mezzmo v5.0 interface, take a screenshot of your Mezzmo v4.x and Mezzmo v5.0, and then let us know what you would like to do in Mezzmo v5.0 and the problems you are having customizing Mezzmo v5.0. Email all of this to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com and we'll help you get Mezzmo v5.0 configured as you wish.

Sorry for the delay. We've had quite a backlog of support inquiries since releasing Mezzmo v5.0. I can see your logs in our support system and we'll start analyzing them later today. We'll reply back to you via email shortly.

The logs show that using the Samsung BDP 3D profile mp4 files are listed as video/mp4v which the TV likely does not understand and ignores, I have sent you a link to the Samsung J profile to try with 4.0.6.0.
