Videos won't stream on Ipad Air 2 with Mezzmo 5 web interface

Hello!

I will try to be as clear as possible... since yesterday, i have downloaded the new Mezzmo release 5 and tried the web interface for playing my video files to my Ipad Air 2... i can get to the web page and folders up to the video file, but cannot play them... the circle of the video only spins into emptyness forever...

i set up a basic simple test account with profile "web access" and "authorised" for the connexion, and network adapter is set to "automatic", and admin rights is ON.

did i missed something or is there a specific setting to make mezzmo streaming over Wi-Fi working fne on my Ipad Air 2?

i have also disabled the firewall of my windows 7 server machine, just in case....


any help is welcome, and if more questions needed, please ask!

Hi Jebelis,

Right-click on one of the videos in Mezzmo that you are trying to stream to your iPad Air 2 and click 'Get FFmpeg Information'. Post that here or email it to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
