    Angry Mezzmo freezing at launch

Since updating to Mezzmo 5,the program just freezes at the loading screen. I have uninstalled it multiple times and even tried going back to the older version but since the update, I cannot get any of them to load. Does anybody have a suggestion?

Sorry for the problem. It appears that Mezzmo is having troubles upgrading your Mezzmo database.

Please do the following so we can determine the problem and get you up and running:

    1. Stop Mezzmo server running and exit Mezzmo (Windows) app if running (if you need to, use Windows Task Manager and to go to the Processes tab to end the “Mezzmo.exe” process and “MezzmoMediaServer.exe” process).
    2. In Windows Explorer, go to the “C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Conceiva\Mezzmo” folder – where <user> is your Windows user name that you use to log into your Windows computer. It will not be “All users” (this is a different folder). If you don’t use a username and password to log into your Windows machine, then it could be “admin”. If you don’t see “AppData” sub-folder, then press the Alt key in Windows Explorer and then click the Tools/Folder Options menu item in Windows Explorer. On the Folder Options dialog, go to the View tab and select the “Show hidden files, folders” radio button. Save your changes and you will see hidden folders now – and hopefully “AppData”.
    3. In the folder in step #2, you will see a “Mezzmo.db” file and several other files with “.db” file extension. These are your Mezzmo database files. And, you can use this as confirmation that you are in the right folder.
    4. Zip up all the “.db” files and upload them to a filesharing site like Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, etc. and email us the download link to support [at] conceiva [dot] com.

Once we get your database files, we’ll reproduce your problem here and fix the issue for you so you can get back up and running.
