Default Add support for sparse ISOs

AnyDVD supports creating sparse ISOs to save hard disk space when ripping a disc. These ISOs seem to be incompatible with Mezzmo. Please add support for sparse ISOs.

We will rip some sparse DVDs and Blurays here for testing to see what is required to support sparse ISOs.

I tried ripping a BluRay to a sparse ISO using AnyDVD here and Mezzmo read the titles from the ISO correctly. We will try a DVD.

The DVD we ripped with AnyDVD to a sparse ISO also worked. If you enable diagostic logging http://www.mezzmo.com/wiki/doku.php?id=using_logging&s[]=diagnostic then after restarting Mezzmo try adding the ISO to Mezzmo again then send us the logs via email to support [at] conceiva [dot] com we can investigate to see what is happening.
