Default Mezzmo Media Server not automatically starting upon system boot

    Hi.

I've noticed on both my system and a friends after your system has booted, Mezzmo will not auto start the media server. The option is ticked but you have to manually go into Mezzmo and click on the Start Media Server option to stream things. I've a funny feeling this is a bug seeing as it's on two different systems.

We are both running Windows 10 Pro / i7's with all of the updates in place.

    Any ideas ?

Also on my friends TV, a Samsung (I forget the model but I'll get it later today) that she has to turn off transcoding to get anything to stream to her TV. It just fails. Once I have the model number of the telly, I'll edit this post. Any help here would be great.

    Thanks in advance !

For auto starting your Mezzmo server upon Windows startup, go to the Media Server Settings dialog (see http://www.mezzmo.com/wiki/doku.php?...erver_settings). Try setting the startup setting to "Don't start the media server automatically" and click OK. Then go back to the dialog and set it to "Start media server at Windows startup" and click OK. Hopefully that gets it working for you.

Regarding your friend's TV, the problem will probably be the wrong device profile assigned to your TV in the Media Devices dialog. Let us know the model number and we can advise the correct device profile.
