    Default Suggestions on Samsung Profile

    Hey guys,

I need advice on which profile to use for two of my Samsung TVs. I am experiencing some bad stuttering . The models are: UN40JU6500 & UN55D6050. Thanks!

    Hi,
The Samsung J and Samsung D profiles should be used for these devices respectively. Stuttering can be due to network bandwidth or transcoding speed (depending upon if the file is being transcoded). Please check in the Transcoding pane while the file is being played to see if it is transcoded too slowly. If it is then you will need to pre-transcode the file or go to the properties of the file in Mezzmo and on the Transcoding tab click the button to 'Use Original File...' to see if the file will play without transcoding. See http://www.mezzmo.com/wiki/doku.php?...deo_stuttering for more information on how to reduce stutter.
