Default Missing Playlist Images, What did I do wrong?

I built a new PC three weeks ago, loaded Windows 10 on it and installed Mezzmo. I was having trouble migrating my libraries from my old machine, so I created all the libraries from scratch. I went into each movie's properties, matched it to a movie from the online metadata and locked it. Everything works fine from client machines - I can browse to any library and I will see the poster art and the description, and then I can play the movie pretty smoothly.

Last weekend I loaded KODI on the same machine so that I could stream music to that new PC Running Mezzmo from an Android tablet. This week, I noticed that if I log into that PC either from the "console" or via remote desktop, none of the poster art shows up. I'm just getting the default image of a blue filmstrip. I tried restarting Mezzmo, restarting the PC, refreshing the library and even "Maintain Library". If I go into the properties for any movie the poster is still there. It makes things unpleasant when I'm adding new movies, as I can't tell which ones already have the correct metadata.

Any idea as to what I might have messed up? It was working fine a week ago.

If the posters still display in Mezzmo in the Application then it could be a problem with transcoded files, try going to 'Media Devices' and double click the device in the list then on the Transcoding tab click the button to delete transcoded files then see if this resolves the problem. Please also make sure the device profile for the PC is set to Kodi in 'Media Devices' and if it is not then double-click the device and change the profile to Kodi.

I must not have explained it clearly. The posters display on all the clients, but they don't work in the Mezzmo application.

If the posters are displaying on the clients then this means it is the opposite and the transcoded files exist but the original posters do not. Please go to your Mezzmo database folder (see options for it's location) and then check in the Artwork folder to see if the Posters exist. If they do then it might be a permissions problem so try double-clicking one of them to view it.

OK, so the database folder has almost 8,000 images. When I double click on a movie in the Mezzmo interface, it opens up the description with the correct poster image. But when I go back to browsing I'm only seeing the filmstrip icon with no artwork.

Is there a permission I need to check?

If the poster displays when you go to the description then Mezzmo is able to load the posters from disk and the permissions are correct. If you go to the properties of the file does the poster appear also, try right-clicking on a file and select properties to see if the poster is shown.
