Default Files Skip & Subtiles not showing

I have been trying out the trial, however sometimes when im playing mkv files it skips to the next file, I have to go back and start the file and its ok. It is rather annoying, I also have a few chinese films and the english subtitles do not show or i cannot find a way to make them. I am streaming from my windows 7 to a Samsung HT-C6930W 3D Blu-ray Home Theater System. I was about to actually buy the software until all this has happened could someone please advise why the files skip. I have previously tried these files on my sisters wdtv and my files are fine.

Most probably those files are being transcoded and transcoding is not fast enough for smooth playback. Samsung devices don't support embedded subtitles at this point (they support external subtitles such SRT or SUB), so I'd guess that's why they're not showing up. If you have external subtitle files then they should appear.

Please send us a message to support (at) conceiva (dot) com and we'll send you an updated device profile to try for your HT. Which device profile are you using (as per the Media Devices dialog)?

I dont have external srt files there embedded, all I have is an external hard drive full of mkv movies. The device profile I have is the following:

    Device Name: Samsung BDP 3D
    Connection: Wireless N (600 Mbps)
Network Adaptor: Belkin N + Wireless USB Adapter
    Device Profile: Samsung BDP 3D

I have also sent a message with what I have put here, hopefully an updated device profile will do the trick, I love this software and I will be purchasing it really soon if everything works out.
