    Default Localhost forwarding

I tried using several softwares, like ngrok, localtunnel, forward, portforwarder,... But there seems to be nothing that works with Mezzmo. Al these softwares are working with things like Plex and emby and UMS or whatever, but no, not Mezzmo. I can open the Login Screen, but when I press login, it just loads and says connection timed out.

I know I can port forward to make Mezzmo work, but I have no access to my router so thats not an option.

Any help would be aprriciated a lot ;-)

If the connection is timing out after trying to login then it might be a problem in the Mezzmo version you have, please try downloading and installing the 5.1.2.0 beta to see if this resolves the issue http://www.conceiva.com/downloads/5120_Mezzmo-setup.exe

Mezzmo Android: Install it on your tablet, smartphone, Android TV or Amazon Fire to browse and stream files from your Mezzmo library to all your devices. Full details at http://www.conceiva.com/products/mez...mo_android.asp

I am using that version. But I think I found what the problem is. When using any other software with for example ngrok, it stays on that address. For example, when browsing plex through ngrok, if I click anything (for example my movies library) then it will stay on the ngrok url. But with mezzmo, when I click login, it does not load the ngrok url but it loads my ip address again. I think if the login button would point to localhost instead of my ip, that it would work.

Does this even make any sense? And do you know what I mean? Because my english is not very good..
    Thank you

We have made some fixes in the 5.1.2.0 beta in this area since the release so if you installed the beta when it was released you may want to download the installer again and run it to repair and update the files to see if there are any changes. If the problem still occurs please enable diagnostic logging http://www.mezzmo.com/wiki/doku.php?id=using_logging&s[]=diagnostic then after restarting your Mezzmo media server try accessing the server via the web page and click on login then send the logs to support [at] conceiva [dot] com so we can investigate.
