I've been using Mezzmo for about a year now, and have had the occasion to contact Conveiva support a few times. I would like to acknowledge their excellent support practices: knowledge, quick response, and tenacity to solve any and all problems we users throw at them. And, they are very patient with our questions. I have been in the computer business in one way or another for 40 years, and I know from front line experience that good support after a sale is key to keeping customers and adding new customers for all products, whether hardware or software. The reason Mezzmo works so well today is in large part due to the superb ongoing support and followup we receive from this dedicated group.
