Default Problem with out side connections

Hi so i have a problem where i have family members from different homes can access my server using a android tv box and the mezzmo app. The problem is as the picture shows mezzmo.jpg the two highlighted connections are from the same outside connection one has the mac address one has a ip of 0.0.0.0 and they can not be edited as soon as another house connects it over wrights with a new ip and new mac it will not make a new profile just changes that one that seems to be linked by two profiles. I need every outside connection to have its own profile and only one just like all the lan connections??? can this be done NOTE that my lan uses ip's 10.1.1.* and outside uses different ip eg 202.156.13.* format would that be the problem can you fix it so every outside connection has it own profile

    Hi,
Mezzmo uses the MAC address of the device to identify it on the network, the Mezzmo Android app should send through the MAC address of the device and it's IP address when accessing the Mezzmo server but possibly the Android app is not getting the MAC address and this is why it is blank in one case. If the external devices have static IP addresses then you could try enabling the checkbox in 'Media Devices' to use only the IP address to identify the device and this may help, you would need to assign static IP addresses to the devices on your local network as well to prevent any problems if the ip addresses change.

It is getting the right mac address see picture. The device that is mini (top highlighted with ip 0.0.0.0) that mac address is the right one for the outside device. Also note the device unknown that is the right ip for the outside device. so its got a split profile one with the mac and one with the ip. would really be good to have only the one profile like all the other lan devices. Im not shore why if someone from a different outside ip connects it just over-rights those two profiles with the new mac and ip of the connected device. It should make a new profile (one not spilt) but ill try what you said and see what happens.

so what im trying to say is the circled mac address and the circled ip address in the picture they go together and should be the one profile it should of made

It could be that the first request to get the server's description document causes the device with the blank Mac address to be created then when browsing the server the Mac address and ip are sent to the server and this creates the device with the mac and ip.
