Thumbs up Get artwork from external files

    Hello

I have nearly 400 albums. Of course every album has its own folder. In each folder I have a photo album cover. The problem is that Mezzmo does not look for files other than those:
    Get artwork from external files

    Code:
    <filename>.jpg
    <filename>.png
    folder.jpg
    folder.png
    albumart*large.jpg
    albumart*small.jpg
I personally use the name "cover" for the album cover.

Unfortunately, Mezzmo does not support this name, so all album photos must be added manually. I'm not interested in automatically downloading covers from the internet because it does not work perfectly. I'm thinking about the detailed parameters of the downloaded image. In foobar2000 you can specify what file names and file extensions should be searched in the album directory.

Can you add an option to manually specify a file name for the files that Mezzmo should searching for in the folder? If not, add at least support for name "cover". I think this is one of the basic names you use to name album covers.

    Code:
    cover.jpg
    cover.png
    front.jpg
    front.png
    folder.jpg
    folder.png
    Please support this.

    Best regards

    Hi,
we will add support for cover.jpg/png and front.jpg/png and will also look at adding a configuration setting in the MezzmoMediaServer.ini file, we will try to include this change in the upcoming Mezzmo update we are working on now.

    Hi
Please, add support for .jpeg files too
    Code:
    cover.jpeg
"and will also look at adding a configuration setting in the MezzmoMediaServer.ini file, we will try to include this change in the upcoming Mezzmo update we are working on now."

Will there be such a possibility in the new version of Mezzmo?

    Best regards
