    Default probleme with transcode

Everytime I need transcode files I have a problem. Transcode does not work. I join Transcode file log. Everytime I have this line:

[mpeg2video @ 000000000308d440] impossible bitrate constraints, this will fail
[AVBSFContext @ 00000000047188c0] Codec 'mpeg2video' (2) is not supported by the bitstream filter 'h264_mp4toannexb'. Supported codecs are: h264 (28)
    Error initializing bitstream filter: h264_mp4toannexb
Error initializing output stream 0:0 --
    Conversion failed!

    I joined two captures
    Thanks for help

Thanks for reporting this. We'll fix this up for the next Mezzmo release. For the moment, go into the Transcoding Settings dialog and set the hardware acceleration settings to 'None' for both encoding and decoding. Click OK to save your changes and try transcoding again.

I set set the hardware acceleration settings to 'None' for both encoding and decoding. But transcoding failed. I join the log ( MezzmoFFmpegTranscodeFileLog2.txt (10.5 KB)).

Thanks for the log. Please email us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com and we'll provide an updated device profile to try. In your email, include the logs, the model of your device that you are streaming to and the device profile that is assigned to your device (see Media Devices dialog).

The h264_mp4toannexb filter appears to be causing the transcode to fail, we have updated the transcoding command line in ffmpegAdditional.xml to remove this since Mezzmo automatically adds it if it is needed. We have sent you the updated file.
