Default Alternative Folder for Subtitles Not Working

I tried moving all of my SRT files into a separate folder. Naming Convention is accurate. Maintained Library and still no external subs. What am I doing wrong?

    Example:
    G:\VIDEO FOLDER TV\Archer\Archer S02E02.mp4

    G:\VIDEO FOLDER TV\subs\Archer S02E02.srt

Now when I go to Properties of this episode and hover over "Update Subtitles" I get this populated in the section at the bottom (See attached image.)

    thanks!

    Hi,
Can you please check the path you set for the alternative subtitles in options to make sure it is G:\VIDEO FOLDER TV\subs. I tried this here and the subtitles were found after I moved the existing subtitles to the folder.

There appears to be a bug in the naming of the subtitles for the alternative folder in the case of tv series, we will fix this. You can send an email to support [at] conceiva [dot] com and we will send you a beta to try.
