Default Toshiba Smart TV not showing all files

I have Mezzmo Pro 5.2.0.0 running on windows server 2016 essentials.
I can stream to many devices (PCs,Fire TV, Roku ETC) all of which can see all the files on the server.
I have a Toshiba smart TV with DLNA client that plays and displays most of the files, but some are not presented in the list.
E.G. I have all episodes of Breaking Bad saved as MP4 files but series 1 episodes 2,3 and 6 do not show, but all others do.
All other devices do show these...

    Any Ideas ?

    Hi,
it may depend upon the profile, if Mezzmo is listing the files in a format not supported by the device then they may not be shown. Can you please tell us which device profile is assigned to the TV in 'Media Devices' in Mezzmo?

    Peter,

It seems to have been picked up by the JVC TV profile.
I have also changed the profile to "Always Deliver" on all of the advanced settings with no effect.

    Thanks

Can you please try changing the profile to 'Toshiba TV (2013 Models)' to see if this works better. You should also change the Advanced Settings back to default as this can cause problems if modified.

Can you please enable diagnostic logging http://www.mezzmo.com/wiki/doku.php?id=using_logging&s[]=diagnostic then after restarting your Mezzmo media server try browsing Mezzmo on the TV and then send the logs so support [at] conceiva [dot] com and let us know the title of some of the files that are not being listed so that we can find them in the logs.
