Hi,
I've just purchased a chromecast ultra and saw h265 is supported on the device.
Is it possible to have a specific device profile for it, with all the new codecs it supports?

Ludo

It seems that h265 is also missing from the Roku device profile.

To add h265 support you can add to the container in the <video> section:
<format id="hevc" encode="1" codec="libx265" ffmpegadditional="h265+encoding">
</format>
We have created a Chromecast Ultra profile, you can send an email to support [at] conceiva [dot] com to get the profile.
We will test our roku here with h265 and update the profile.
