Default m2ts, subs and rewind - Sony BDP S370

Hi, I recently bought a Sony S370 and I'm using Mezzmo to stream content to it and that works like a charm. But there is one problem, S370 can't play MKV files so Mezzmo has to transcode them into m2ts which I can't fastfoward or rewind on, and that is a bit annoying.

Is there a way to fix this?

Nor does subs work on m2ts.

Can you please send a message to support (at) conceiva (dot) com for an updated device profile to try for the BDP.

Are those external (SRT/SUB) subs or part of a file? When transcoding, Mezzmo drops the subtitles at the moment, so that may be why they disappear.

Sent a message to support and yes, the subs is part of the files.
