Roku App and Music

Hey there!

I'm using the Mezzmo Roku App, and when I load folders in the music portion of the app, it really seems to struggle. The app can take up to ~5 minutes to load a playlist.

Album Artist will do this, and there are about 1151 different Album Artists. I have more movies than this, but a playlist I created that lists all of those loads much faster.

Loading Album Artist from the Roku media app load very quickly, but obviously doesn't pull much information.

Thoughts?

I tried it here with about 700 different album artists and it loaded okay, do you have the setting to list files at the lowest level checked http://www.mezzmo.com/wiki/doku.php?id=options_general&s[]=lowest&s[]=level#only_list_files_at_the_lowest_level_for_act ive_playlists

Yes, this is checked, and it still takes a long time to load.

I'll caveat this with the fact that I am using Roku Streaming sticks, which lack the horsepower of the tabletop models, as I understand it.

There could be something else happening here that is slowing it down, please enable diagnostic logging http://www.mezzmo.com/wiki/doku.php?id=using_logging&s[]=diagnostic then after restarting your Mezzmo media server try browsing the playlist on the Roku and then send us the logs to support [at] conceiva [dot] com so we can investigate.
