Default Panasonic g20 "cant read file"

i'm having problems playing a .mkv movie on my panasonic TXP50G20..it says please wait and then "cannot read file"...which is strange because i CAN play other movies in .mkv format.

any ideas why i cant play that file? ffmpeg info below..

Can you please turn on logging (see this thread: http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) then try playing it again and once it fails stop the server and send us the logs to support (at) conceiva (dot) com - we'll see what's wrong based on that. I think that transcoding may be failing on this file.

    sent 10 char

i noticed that highlighting the movie shows a speaker with an X on it. so the sound is failing to transcode maybe.
