If you look in the Media Server Settings options in Mezzmo, what is your server advertisement interval set at ? You can set it as low as 60 seconds and see if that makes a difference.

It appears to be a problem with Windows 10 update 1803, we had another user report the problem and I have reproduced it here on a PC. Are you running Windows 10 with update 1803 installed?

I already set to 60 seconds long time ago, and there are no difference at all.
No, I use Windows 7 at 64-bit
I managed to figure out what the problem was.
A service was the problem, called: WD Drive Manager (Western Digital Technologies Inc.)
How I came to it?
I used Windows 7 System Configuration (In Windows search box type msconfig)
I select Services, then select (Hide all Microsoft Services) and I disable all services.
After this I start to enable Services one by one. It was a hard work, but worth it.
Now everything functions perfectly.
I believe that this solution can help in many cases.
