RSS Reader not updating in version 5

I am behind a proxy server, but have been using DS 4 for over a year. I just upgraded, and suddenly the podcast RSS feeds do not update. Well, sometimes they do, but it is less than half the time and quite inconsistent.

I know there is a problem with DS (and not the proxy) because, when I run "update," a feed with a name (i.e., NPR: Fresh Air) gets renamed as
http://www.npr.org/rss/podcast.php?id=13
No image, no Aboutus info and only titles I already had.

Meanwhile, I can run the same URL in Firefox and get the beautiful XML file that Firefox is so good at.

The way I see it, I only have two options:
1. Roll back to version 4
2. Never use the RSS reader in DS, and just use Firefox for my podcast updates. THen, I would only use DS as a downloader.

Thanks for the bug report. We have reproduced your problem and have fixed it. We're just preparing a new minor update for all our users and the RSS feeder fix will be included in this update. You can expect the update in a few days. We'll contact you when its ready.
