Default Lost Images after moving to a new server

I wanted to move the server to a new more powerful computer.
I made a backup of the database on the old server to a shared drive
I configured the new computer to have the exact same drive letters and device names
I installed Mezzmo on the new computer
I restored the database from the backup
The restore established all of the files, metadata and playlists, but all entries, including the Mezzmo categories for Music, Video, and Photos were cleared of the posters and background images.

Is there a way to restore these images as well?

In the backup folder if you go to the Artwork\Poster folder are there any images?

It may be an issue with the path to the images in the Mezzmo database, is the database located at the same path as on the old computer?

The paths are different. The userid on the old computer is CChase. This is a Windows 7 system. The pathname for the database on the old computer is:
    C:\users\CChase\AppData\Local\Concievia\Mezzmo

The new computer is Windows 10. The computer name is CKCasa. When I created userid:CChase, it appended the computer name to the userid. The pathname on the new computer is:
    C:\users\CChase.CKCasa\AppData\Local\Concievia\Mez zmo

In doing additional research, I moved the database to another location following the instructions to modify the "FileName=" parameter in the MezzmoMediaServer.ini file.
After doing the restore database to the new location, The background images all appear to be intact. We are only missing the poster images.

The path to the poster files will need to be changed in the database. Create the folder CChase in Users on the new computer and then under this create AppData\Local and then copy the Conceiva folder to Local then change the database path to use this folder in MezzmoMediaServer.ini. Then run Mezzmo.exe and the posters should appear and you can then use the Options in Mezzmo to move the database to another folder if you wish and Mezzmo will update the folder paths in the database.

OK. That procedure worked. I was able to create the old path in the new computer's C:\Users folder. All poster images were restored and the server appears to be working the same as on the old server.
However, When I attempted to move the database using the Options panel, Mezzmo moved the database, but the poster images were missing. The background images were there, but the poster images didn't make it. I moved the database back to the C:\Users folder and it is working OK.

It doesn't appear that the move database procedure from the Options panel works as designed.

Possibly the updating of the images path is not in the released version 5.2.0.0. You can send an email to support [at] conceiva [dot] com and we will send you the beta to try.

Sorry I'm slow in getting back to you. Since the work around worked, I've been diverted on other priorities. I have sent the email to support and will install the beta version when available.

    Thanks, Peter for your help.
