We found that with that particular YouTube video it was failing if DownloadStudio tries to download it as low quality (FLV). By setting the video quality in the download job to a higher quality level it should download the mp4 correctly. Please check your email for further details.
The fix does not work and the issue remains unresolved. Any idea if or when development on DLS will recommence? Please don't let it die
