We did turn on needstimebasedseek="1" to fix streaming for another Sony Bravia model.
Please try this: In the same section in the .PRF file, keep needstimebasedseek="1" and then change turnoffbyterangedlna="1" to turnoffbyterangedlna="0". Restart your Mezzmo server and try streaming now. Let us know if that works and we'll update the dveice profile for all users for the next Mezzmo update.
