The Samsung F device profile has not changed for Mezzmo v5.1.0.0, so that's a strange result. Can you re-install your previous Mezzmo version that worked OK and re-confirm that the thumbnails are OK? If your thumbnails are OK using the previous version, then let us know the Mezzmo version you installed and we'll compare differences.
