You can delete all devices in the Media Devices list and your devices will get re-discovered when Mezzmo server is running. The recommended way to do this is to stop your Mezzmo server, delete all devices from the Media Devices dialog and then start your Mezzmo server again. Your devices will get re-discovered and re-listed in the Media Devices dialog. Check that IP addresses, MAC address and device profiles for the devices are OK.
