I tried streaming a similar movie here to our FireTV and it did not have the issue during the panning sequence at the start of Secret Life of Pets. It was a lower resolution version so possibly this was why. Could you please try making a sample of the first ten minutes of the movie and then send it to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
