It's part of the device profile, so if you have transcoding turned on it should transcode those files. Not all Samsung device profiles have this at the moment, so if it doesn't work for you, chances are your device profile doesn't have this limit yet. In this case, please send a message to support (at) conceiva (dot) com and tell me which device profile you're using (as per the Media Devices dialog in Mezzmo) and I'll send you an update.
