Problem with video stutters with audio/without wirking fine/

Hello.I have TCL 4K TV 50 ' 6806s
when I try to play videos with audio, the video freezes/shutter/.
When I remove the sound from them, the video plays smoothly and good.
Where is problem?
Maybe must modify Mezzmo preferences?
Another sugestions?
