I'd need to see both logs (transcoding as well) to understand what's going on better. Please delete the transcoded file, the try playing it again and send both logs to support.
Also, we're about to release Mezzmo 2.5, which has many improvements and device profile fixes (as well as transcoding fixes), I'd recommend you to update to that version once its out and to try again. Perhaps it'll fix transcoding and playback.
If it doesn't, please open a support ticket and we'll sort it out.
To get FFmpeg information just right-click on the file in Mezzmo and use the "Get FFmpeg Information" command.
