Hello,
Does Mezzmo support FWD and RWD functions? I've never been able to get it to work after years and multiple device types.
Hello,
Does Mezzmo support FWD and RWD functions? I've never been able to get it to work after years and multiple device types.
It is supported by Mezzmo, which is just responding to the media player request, for example if media player is asking for piece of the movie file every 30 seconds.
that is how it is done. So reality is that it is media player that should execute forward/backward functionality, some device are not supporting it, some others refusing to do so if the speed of the connection is too slow.
Forward is also not supported if Mezzmo is transcoding the file (on-fly), obviously there is no file ready to stream from any point, but when transcoding is completed, it should be available as normal.
*) On remote control of Samsung TV, to execute Forward it is necessary to press and keep down Arrow Keys [Left] [Right] - not [<<] [>>] buttons.
