Default Finding the balance between local metadata and internet scraping

I am using Mezzmo with my TV & Movie collection. Until now, the metadata has come directly from .nfo files that are stored with the video file. With v6, it appears that the thumbnails for the <Actors> will only populate with the Active Playlist and that playlist seems to necessitate using Mezzmo to scrape each media file for the Actor Playlist. As a consequence, I know there are some errors in my database where the internet scraper made assumptions that weren't true, i.e. The TV Series "The Family" was mistakenly labelled as "All In the Family".

Question #1 - Is there a way to skip the internet scraping altogether and still get actor thumbnails?
Question #2 - Is there a way to make corrections other than examining each file and manually updating? Will turning off the internet scraper and re updating everything based on the .nfo files clear the data for the Actors playlist?

Currently there is no way to skip internet scraping and still get actor thumbnails, Mezzmo needs to download these images.

Turning off the Internet scraper and re-updating everything will populate based upon the .nfo files and actors that are no longer present will be removed from the actors playlist. Mezzmo prioritizes the .nfo files over the Internet search so if an .nfo file is found Mezzmo should not go to the Internet for that file.

If the data from my .nfo file has been scraped from themoviedb.org then the metadata should be the same and nothing would be removed...... in theory, correct?
