Thread: Supporting the Netgear Neo TV 550?

Default Supporting the Netgear Neo TV 550?

Does Conceiva plan on providing a profile for the Netgear NTV 550. Based on my research, it appears to be the one of the few streaming devices that support DTS-HD and TrueHD in an MKV wrapper.

Since I have Mezzmo, I'd like to use it as my fileshare with this device.

I plan on getting one in 2 weeks. When I receive it, what do I use as a temporary device profile for set-up purposes?

So I have two NTV550's that I have been using with TVersity and would like to move to Mezzmo. I edited TVersity's profile.xml and got most things working with the NTV550. On the Mezzmo demo box I have it defaulted to the generic NTSC profile, but the device has more features that I would like to ensure work.

You can start with the Generic (NTSC) device profile and then contact us when you get your new NTV 550. It will only take a few days to get you up and running with the new device profile.

Received the NetGear NTV550 today. I'll try the Generic device profile to start but please send me one for the NetGear one specifically. Thanks.
