    Angry Panasonic LED TX-L32E6E problem

    Hi

I'm having problems when trying to stream videos with Mezzmo to my TV Panasonic LED TX-L32E6E(European version of the L32E6B).
    My system is as follows:
NoteBook (Win 7), WiFi router and TV.
On my TV, on the server menu, the notebook is displayed (no firewall problems) but not the Mezzmo server. (When I use my Ipad, connected to the same network I can stream the videos with Mezzmo that appears in the menu server).
On Mezzmo, on Media Devices dialog, the profile I use is Panasonic Viera (I don't know if is this one...) and "allow all new devices to ....." checkbox is checked.
I don't know what to do to stream my vídeos so any help will be welcome .

    Regards

    cmg

    Hi cmg,

Something on your home network or PC is blocking DLNA / UPnP communication between Mezzmo server and your TV. Typically it is your firewall or router settings. See this FAQ for possible causes - http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...ur-DLNA-device. If still no success, let us know and we'll help further.

Mezzmo Android: Install it on your tablet, smartphone, Android TV or Amazon Fire to browse and stream files from your Mezzmo library to all your devices. Full details at http://www.conceiva.com/products/mez...mo_android.asp
Mezzmo for Kodi Add-on: Install it into Kodi to stream files from your Mezzmo library directly in Kodi. Full details at http://www.mezzmo.com/wiki/doku.php?...odi_user_guide
Mezzmo for Roku App: Install it onto your Roku to stream files from your Mezzmo library. Full details at http://www.mezzmo.com/wiki/doku.php?...oku_user_guide

    Hi Paul

First let me tank you for your reply.
I did a check and everything was OK but nevertheless Mezzmo did not appear on TV and the TV appeared on the Media Device menu, so, I decided to uninstall the program and install again and now, the Mezzmo server appears on TV, but, in the program, in Media Device now, the TV does not appear so I can't define a profile. Only "Mezzmo" and "Microsoft Media Player" are displayed!
On the other hand, in Network Device, "Viera E6 series" is displayed What did not happen before.
    Any help is welcome
    Thanks again
    Regards

Understand. It's best we see a set of logs. Turn off your TV. Turn on logging in Mezzmo (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Turn on your TV and wait for a few minutes. Then stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.

    Hi Paul
    Thanks for your mail.
Since my last email that I'm not at home and I will return only in15 days, this is the reason why I'm only now responding.
I thought of another alternative that avoids the file conversions, etc.. To use a media player (Western Digital TV Live Streaming Media Player) with Mezzmo; I think that will be the easiest way to stream videos and their subtitles. What do you think about this option?
    Thanks again

    Hi cmg,

WD TV Live media players are great media players with good file format support and we have many Mezzmo users owning them & using them daily. So I would recommend them as a good DLNA device to stream to.

Your Panasonic Viera TV is also a good DLNA device and we should be able to get you streaming your videos, music and photos with your TV. I suggest you send us the logs as I suggested in my earlier post and I am sure we can get you up and running.
