Can you please turn on logging (see this thread: http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) then close and start Mezzmo again and go to the Transcoding Settings dialog. After you get that warning message, close down Mezzmo again and send in the logs to support (at) conceiva (dot) com - we'll investigate what's happening.
