Thanks for alerting us to this issue. We're looking into it now & will provide a fix ASAP. We'll post back here after we have a fix.

You can download Mezzmo v2.6.3 from: http://www.conceiva.com/downloads/2630_mezzmo-setup.exe
You can download Mezzmo v2.5 from: http://www.conceiva.com/downloads/2500_mezzmo-setup.exe
(Note: Your Mezzmo library/database has changed internally since Mezzmo v2.5 and/or v2.6.3 and is no longer compatible with these older versions, so if you choose to downgrade to Mezzmo v2.5 or v2.6.3, you will have to start with a new Mezzmo library.)

With this patch i cannot play any movie. "This format is not supported" says the TV. MKV, MP4, etc...no movie is playing

@hopper1111 - I had the same issue with the 2.6.5.1 patch and had to remove the existing devices in Mezzmo, then let it add them again. It seemed to like to default my TV to a 'generic ntsc' device but in my case once I then switched it to use the desired samsung profile it started playing all of the files again. (I have had it abruptly stop playing two 1080p mkv files, but haven't been able to reproduce since with logging enabled so not sure why that was...)

Ok, it worked for me. Thanks AndyJ!
After installing the patch, I removed all the devices, accessed with my TV to Mezzmo then changed back to Samsung C profile.
    Seems to work fine now.
I'm testing, waiting for Conceiva to create the update.

    Thanks to everyone!

Thanks AndyJ, worked for me too. I can play my files again.
Another Question: Can i turn off the Auto update function in Mezzmo somewhere in the options?

don't think so, ain't obvious anyway so just ignore it when it pops up I guess, I don't need to run up the Mezzmo front end all that often anyway...
I guess now that Paul has given us the format of the URLs so we can grab a historic version if it does all go pearshaped, I guess I'll risk future updates again... I was just in a bit of a bad mood saturday after it broke - or rather my missus was when we couldn't watch our films - and my ears took a beating lol

    Hi

I´ve got a patch (version 2.6.5.1) from support and it works fine for mkv videos.

The problem with mp4 videos is still available.
mp4 videos need 10 - 15 sec to start and by fast forward for 13 sec it needs also 10 sec to play. during the reproduction from mp4 videos it stops and waits for loading (buffering) for 10-15 sec.

I hope the problem with mp4 will be soon repaired.

    Hi Blacky,

Can you send us a set of logs so we can see what is happening with the MP4 problem? Please turn on logging (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Connect to Mezzmo from your DLNA device. Stream an MP4 file and reproduce the 10-15 seconds initial wait and 13 seconds FF/REW issue you mention. Then, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and send them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
