We'll help you get up and running. One reason for not seeing any files on your Directv is that the files may be coming from your NAS or another computer and Mezzmo server may not be able to deliver them due to access permissions. We have an FAQ that explains how to fix this -

If that does not help, then please turn on logging (see
http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Connect to Mezzmo from your Directv and try to browse and play some files. When that fails, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
