    Default Mezzmo 3.0.2.0

    Hi Support

I have recently upgraded to 3.0.2.0. I am running Windows 8

Hitherto on my previous version of Mezzmo I have been able to stream all my video files from my device to my Panasonic GT50 now I can only stream a minority of files on the network device to the Panasonic, any ideas please?

For me Mezzmo has been an outstanding product so just need to resolve the above issue

    thanks for any support

    Stuart (UK)

    Hi Stuart,

Let us know a few things & we'll be able to help:

    • The device profile that is assigned to your TV in Mezzmo. Go to the Media Devices dialog to see this.
    • The FFmpeg information on one of the video files that no longer plays with Mezzmo v3.0.2.0 (but did play with an earlier version of Mezzmo). Right-click on the video in Mezzmo and click 'Get FFmpeg Information'.
    • Please turn on logging (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Go to the Transcoding Settings dialog and delete your transcoded files. Now try to stream the above video to your TV and when it fails to play, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.

Mezzmo Android: Install it on your tablet, smartphone, Android TV or Amazon Fire to browse and stream files from your Mezzmo library to all your devices. Full details at http://www.conceiva.com/products/mez...mo_android.asp
Mezzmo for Kodi Add-on: Install it into Kodi to stream files from your Mezzmo library directly in Kodi. Full details at http://www.mezzmo.com/wiki/doku.php?...odi_user_guide
Mezzmo for Roku App: Install it onto your Roku to stream files from your Mezzmo library. Full details at http://www.mezzmo.com/wiki/doku.php?...oku_user_guide
