Good Evening,

We have enjoyed Mezzmo for sometime now.
But all of a sudden, one night we try to sit down and watch the same movie with friends and we have the following message show up.

"The File You've Selected is Currently Not Supported".

The files were both AVI and MP4.

Attempted to troubleshoot for hours and hours and am lost.

Assistance would be appreciated.


Running Windows 8.1 recently upgraded. (Never tested the streaming before the 8.1 was installed).
