    Default Video Data Not Supported

I can stream TV series and films of any type with no problem at all. However if I pause any stream at all upon restarting it after a minute or so I always get the message "Video Data Not Supported". I stop the stream and restart it and all is ok. So really Im wondering why it has this strange characteristic.

Not sure why you are getting this problem. It could be a firmware issue within the device. We'll need to know your device (including model number), the device profile assigned to your device (see Media Devices dialog) and the FFmpeg information for one of the files that have this problem (right-click on the file in Mezzmo and click 'Get FFmpeg Information').

Paul. The TV is a Samsung UA48H6400. The profile assigned is Samsung H. TV is directly connected using a lan cable so no wireless problems. Have attached the FFMPEG info from the most recent film to do it today.

Thanks for the information. Mezzmo server is streaming this file directly to your TV without any transcoding or modification. So it's strange your TV produces the error message. It's best we see a set of logs when this error occurs on your TV. Turn on logging in Mezzmo (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Now reproduce the "Video Data Not Supported" error. When it occurs, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.

Also, as a test, try reproducing the problem when a video that is not .MP4 and see if it occurs. Let us know what you find.

    Paul

Have logged the error happening and emailed it to you. I will try with an avi and mkv when I get a chance and let you know what happens. Although Im pretty sure it makes no odds as it does it with every file.
