First step, go to the Media Devices dialog and make sure your Netgear NeoMax TV is using the "Netgear NeoTV Max" device profile. If still no success, then turn on logging (see
http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Connect to Mezzmo server and try to play a few music files. When they don't play, then stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo (Windows) app. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com. Also, right-click on the music files that play and don't play and click 'get FFmpeg Information'. Email us this information to us also - making note of which music files play and don't play. We'll use this information to tweak the device profile for you to try.
