Thanks for the information. Mezzmo server should be transcoding this video to a compatible format for your TV. When you try to stream the video to your TV, do you see the file listed in the Transcoding pane in Mezzmo (Windows) app? If it is busy transcoding in the Transcoding pane, then that's good. If it is listed there as Failed, then click on the 'Failed' text and email this to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com. If the video is not listed, then do a few things: (i) go to the Transcoding Settings dialog and make sure transcoding is turned on, and (ii) right-click on the video and click Properties. On the Properties dialog, go to the Transcoding tab and delete any transcoded files listed there. Try streaming the video now and let us know how you go.
