Sorry for the troubles, Nightlight. If you send us a set of logs, we should see what the problem is. Turn on logging (see
http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Stream a video and when it starts to stutter, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com. Also, in the email please include the FFmpeg information for the video. Right-click on the video in Mezzmo and click 'Get FFmpeg Information'.
